By placing an order with La Fenice Antiquaria, you agree to the following terms. All items are subject to prior sale, including those displayed on our website or in our showroom, and remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Each item is described in detail, including edition, binding, condition, and relevant bibliographic information. Quotes and titles are provided for emphasis and may occasionally be translated from their original language.

If your purchase is intended as a gift, please let us know, we are delighted to provide complimentary gift wrapping and include a presentation card upon request.

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Online purchases are accepted by credit or debit card only. For in-person transactions, we also accept bank transfers and certified checks.

References may be requested from new clients. Clients with established references may contact us to arrange alternative payment methods; such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Institutions are welcome to request deferred billing to suit their needs.

California and Washington State residents who do not hold a resale license are subject to applicable state and local taxes. International orders may be subject to value-added tax (VAT) and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
