Antique and rare books
At Fenice Antiquaria, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every item we offer. 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are guaranteed as described and authentic. Should you wish to return an item, we kindly ask for advance notification within ten (10) days of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the item is packed, shipped, and insured as received, and in the same condition.
Refunds are limited to the original purchase price, including the initial shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
Until full payment is received, all items remain the property of Fenice Antiquaria.

T-shirts and merchandise
Our T-shirts and other printed items are made to order through a trusted print partner.
Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
This policy applies only to our printed merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs). Antiquarian books and other original items follow our standard return policy.
