Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods; where an order is delivered in several shipments, it runs from the last item.

How to withdraw

You may withdraw by any clear statement of your decision. To help us process it quickly, complete the form below with your order number, date of delivery, and the specific titles/items concerned. You may also use the model form: "I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [titles/items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date."

Your obligations after withdrawing

Return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You are responsible for secure, tracked return shipping to our California facility, and you bear the direct cost of return. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition — please handle antiquarian materials with corresponding care and pack them to the standard in which they arrived.

Our obligations

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard (least expensive) delivery cost, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. Reimbursement will use the same payment method you used, at no fee to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.

This right applies to consumer purchases; it does not apply to business buyers or to goods acquired through a genuine public auction.
